Cowboy Parties

• Decorate cowboy hats with stickers, kerchiefs
• Make sheriff's vest out of paper grocery bags
• Panning for Gold  Pie pans with small holes punched out, pan for pennies in a bucket of sand
• Needle in Haystack  Kids can look for dollar store toys in a bale of hay.  Can use small pool & tarp to keep mess down.
• Roping Cows  Put cow face on stick and place in a bucket or another bale of hay and let kids try to lasso cow.
• Pin the Tail (on mom or dad) 

Princess Parties

• Decorate foam princess hats
• Paint T-shirts with shapes cut out of sponges
• Make flowers out of TP or paper towel holders
• Have hair clips, nail tolietries, etc for a girl day spa
• Paint/decorate photo holders for a keepsake
• Decorate their own cupcake

Other Activities

• Sack races
  
• Bobbing for apples
• Bottle sand art
• Make bird feeders out of pine cones and peanut butter
• Face painting
• Go fishing-paper fish with paper clips and pole with magnet  as hook in a bucket
• 'Hot' potato race
• Musical chairs
• Green light/Red light line everyone up and whoever makes it to the finish line, gets prize.
• Guess the number of beans/jellybeans in the jar.
• Scavenger/Treasure hunt
