We suggest one pony/hour for up to 10 party participants.  More than that, a little bit more time would be needed so everyone can have equal fun.   For larger parties or small festivals, 2 ponies are needed.  Each pony can give 2-3 rides per person, per hour.  Our ponies are larger size ponies, so they can handle older brothers/sisters and even mom and dad wanting a turn. 

For Weddings, Festivals, Parties, etc  that have specific color schemes, Pony and Party will use those colors in decorating ponies.

Horseback Weddings are romantic for couples who want that extra touch for their wedding memories.  Pony and Party will arrive at your wedding location to provide a hand led horse for the bride and/or groom to walk down the (outside) aisle.  Decorated in the color scheme of the wedding or the bride's choice colors with coordinating saddle pad cover.  This a wonderful opportunity to have the groom and bride ride down the aisle and later have pony rides for the kids.

Pet the Pony parties are great for getting hands on education about ponies/horses.  Party participants can groom, learn about equine care (from feeding to vet care) and even decorate the pony with ribbons if they choose.  Combo parties are available so kids can get that full pony experience.    In response to the popularity of this program, for parties that have more than 10 riders, additional time (and maybe an additional pony) will be needed in order for everyone to have equal time with the animals. 

Pony rides at the barn are a wonderful way to cut costs and still have a pony ride on their someone's special day.  Family rides are terrific for families who want to get the kids out of the house and get a chance to ride a hand-led pony., max 3 riders.  Now offering Pet the Pony and Pony Ride 'Special' for one/single  child and family for their special day-allowing one on one time with a pony or horse to groom, ride (hand-led), feed, etc.

Coming in the Fall of 2010, we will be introducing the Moon Bounce House.  This is a fun, fun, fun addition to your little ones' party.  The bouncy house can be set up in minutes and is wonderful for keeping little ones occupied while waiting for their turn on the pony rides.  Age and weight restrictions are applied.

Have a idea for a theme not listed?  Just let me know what theme you would like to invision for your party and we will make every effort to accommodate you.  There will be a small fee for supplies.  In the case of  the new theme just doesn't want to come together or supplies are difficult to find, your fee will be refunded.

For 'last minute parties', as my schedule allows, I will be happy to work with you to 'be there' for your party for a small extra fee. 

Early confirmation will better your chances of getting your date. Once deposit and agreement form has been received, I will vertify date by phone.   Only then will you date/time will be confirmed.  For any unanswered questions, an information sheet will be sent with the agreement forms.  I'm always more than happy to answer any questions you might have, so please feel free to contact me.

*I must receive agreement forms and deposit at least 1 week before party date.  During busy seasons (summer and fall) the quicker you get your forms/deposit back to me the better,  your party date will be lost without a definite confirmation.  For last minute parties, I will meet with you at party location to get everything taken care right then and there.*

CANCELLATION: Pony and Party will be more than happy to reschedule your party date at a more convenient date if the need to cancel should occur. 

WEATHER: Bad weather happens ~ Any weather that is not safe for your children and the ponies,'Pony & Party' reserves the right to cancel or reschedule your event at a later time or day, with applying your deposit to a future date.  If bad weather does make an appearance the morning of...you can let us know if you want us to come earlier or later than the pre-scheduled time.
